How To Use A Medium Ice Pack For Injury Treatment

Injuries can occur due to a variety of reasons, ranging from a sports-related incident to a car accident. Ice packs provide a great way to reduce the pain and swelling associated with an injury. Medium ice packs are often used for injuries that are not severe enough to require a larger pack but still require some level of cooling. Here is how to use a median ice pack for injury treatment.

First, make sure to use a clean and sterile ice pack. This will help prevent any further contamination or infection. Place the ice pack on the injured area, being careful to not actually place the pack directly on the skin.
