Ingredients:

  • One whole chicken roaster
  • 1 stick butter
  • One stick of Celery (sliced horizontally then crosswise)
  • 1/4 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Garlic Salt
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Cayenne PepperBlack pepper
  • Chicken Bouillon

The steps below provide the fundamental steps to roast the chicken.

The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

The chicken should be seasoned on the outside (top and the bottom) by dusting it with garlic, seasoning salts, and black pepper. If you are adding red pepper, take care to not overdo it. Take about a half teaspoon per chicken.

Sprinkle the chicken's inside using the chicken bouillon 1/3 of butter 1/3 of celery, 1/3 of the onion, and 1/3 of bell pepper.

On top of the chicken, put the rest of the ingredients and the butter. After roasting it will release juice that is enough to make gravy and then brush the chicken.

Cook the chicken over a covered pan within the oven, for around 1 and a half an hour. It is not necessary to brush it with sauce, which is why this recipe is simple. After cooking, take it out of the oven and allow the bird to rest for 12 minutes prior to serving. You'll find it delicious and succulent.
